That magical feeling of boarding the Hogwarts Express is hard to beat! ✨ At Universal Orlando Resort, guests can step into the wizarding world by boarding the Hogwarts Express, a themed train ride that links Universal Studios Florida (USF) and Universal Islands of Adventure (UIOA). The journey begins at either Kings Cross Station (USF) or Hogsmeade Station (UIOA), depending on which park you're starting in. You must have a park-to-park ticket though, since the train transports you between the parks. Along the ride, you'll pass through highly detailed queses inspired by the films before settling into a private compartment where magical scenes unfold outside the window and familiar characters make surprise appearances. I finally got my letter 🪄🚂💌 The Hogwarts Express connects the two Universal parks, taking you between Hogsmeade in Islands of Adventure and Diagon Alley in Universal Studios Florida. The views change depending on the direction, so riding it both ways is 100% worth it. Inside the train, you can see and hear Harry, Hermione, and Ron talking, which makes it feel even more real. And when you’re heading back from Diagon Alley to Hogsmeade… yes, Dementors make a very brief (and slightly spooky) visit 👀 Every little detail, the sounds, the windows, the atmosphere… it’s so immersive that you forget you’re in a theme park.
