🚨 Immigration Update for Our Community: USCIS has announced a temporary pause on processing certain applications from individuals of the 19 designated countries. This pause does not mean that people should stop filing. If you are eligible for an immigration benefit — or already preparing your case — you should continue to apply, especially if you have strict deadlines like extensions, adjustments, appeals, or asylum filings. Filing on time protects your rights, preserves your place in line, and ensures you don’t miss critical legal deadlines while policies continue to shift. Stay proactive and stay informed. ✍️🇺🇸 To obtain more information and to schedule an appointment for consultation, please visit us at: www.ndlawcenter.com or email us at: [email protected], or call us at +1 (714) 417-9955 or text/sms us at +1 (562)756-7775! 🇺🇸 . . #immigrationnews #immigrationupdate #immigrationpolicy #uscis #travelban #iranian #perisan #iranianamerican #knowyourrights #knowledgeispower #greencard #usimmigration #immigrationlaw #immigrationhelp

⏳ How long does it really take for an I-130 petition to get approved? Processing times can vary widely depending on: 📍 Where your case is handled. Each USCIS service center has different workloads and speeds. 👨👩👧👦 Who you’re petitioning for. Immediate relatives (like spouses, parents, or unmarried children of U.S. citizens) are usually processed faster than other family categories, such as siblings. ✅ Always check the USCIS Processing Times page for the most accurate and current estimates based on your service center. Timelines can shift with policy changes and backlogs, so staying updated is key. #ImmigrationVision #AttorneyAbhisha #USCIS #I130 #ImmigrationTips #GreenCardProcess

First step: PERM processing time🔔 🔍 Search “PERM processing time” on Google. 🏛️ Click the first result → flag.dol.gov. 📄 Scroll down until you find Form Processing Times. Because the government shut down on October 1st, ⏳ The DOL website is behind on updates. The site shows they’re working on June 2024 PERM filings. 📆 But based on cases coming into our office, they’re actually processing July 2024 now. Look at Processing Queue, Analyst Review, and your Priority Date. 🗂️Your priority date = the day your PERM was filed. If your PERM was filed in June or July 2024, 🚀 you should be hearing back around this time. 👉 Follow at eb3.work to learn more #USCIS #EB3Visa #EB3Work #ImmigrationTips #GreenCardJourney #VisaProcess #CareerGrowth✨

For everyone doubting that VAWA receipts sent after September 2025 are moving faster — here’s some proof! 👀 We just received this receipt, and as always, we only post what we actually see happening. Integrity first. 💯 This change officially took effect in September 2025, so if you filed before that, your receipt might take a bit longer. Those filing now benefit from updated processing addresses and remember, where you send your VAWA depends on whether you’re filing with an I-485, and whether you’re the spouse of a U.S. citizen or an LPR. In this case, it took just 4 days from USCIS receiving the packet to issuing the receipt, and we had it in hand by day 6. Not bad, right? Moral of the story: it pays to work with a lawyer who stays on top of every policy shift and processing update. Hope that helps clear things up! 😄

OPT is not flexible. USCIS does not care if you “didn’t know.” You only get 90 days of unemployment total on OPT. One gap between jobs. One late update. One unauthorized work day. That’s all it takes. I see talented students lose their status every year over simple, avoidable mistakes. If you’re on OPT, track everything. Your future depends on it. 🎓 This is required watching for international students. #OPT #StudentVisa #F1Visa #InternationalStudents #ImmigrationLaw
