The striking remains of Villa de Vecchi, in Italy. This was the summer residence of Count Felice de Vecchi, built in the 1850s. It got abandoned in the 1980s. Fueled by a multitude of urban legends and sightings of paranormal activities it soon gained the label “Italy’s Most Haunted House”. Fortunately none of that occult gibberisch ever happened 🤭 Felice de Vecchi was a world traveler, a seasoned explorer of unknown territories. He sailed the Black Sea to Istanbul, crossed into Persia and continued to Bombay by following ancient caravan routes. He kept travel diaries, drew unseen exotic landscapes and collected art from all over the world. This mansion was the embodiment of all his travels.
