Welcome to Epsiode 5 of #StrawberriresForEveryMood 🍓🍓 If you’re craving something fruity, refreshing, and just a little indulgent, this Strawberry Coconut Sago is exactly what you need! Ingredients- •5-6 strawberries •1/2 cup Coconut water (for blending) •1/4 cup coconut milk •2 tbsp condensed milk •1/2cup cup sabudana / sago(washed and boiled •1/2 cup regular milk •Lots of ice •1/4 cup Tender coconut pieces •1/4 cup strawberry chunks - 1/4th cup popping boba - 1/4th cup coconut jelly Process: •Wash and clean the strawberries. •Cut strawberries into big dices\cubes. •Blend the rest of the 5 -6 strawberries along with the coconut water. •Wash and soak the sago for about 20minutes. Boil it in water until cooked for about 8-10mins, drain and rinse in cold water. •In a bowl add the cooked sagos, diced coconut flesh, chopped strawberries, popping boba pearls,coconut jelly. Add in the prepped strawberry mixture. •Add the milk, coconut milk, condensed milk and a lots of ice. •Stir it nicely to combine everything.Serve it chill and enjoy #strawberrysago #strawberry #sago #beverages

Strawberry sago bowl 🥣 Starting my day the sweet way with this Strawberry Sago Bowl 🍓🥣 Creamy, fruity, and just the right amount of chewy—basically happiness in a bowl. Every spoon feels like a little treat I didn’t know I needed 💕 Recipe : Serves - 4 to 5 2 two packs of strawberries washed (half chopped and half puréed) 1 cup of milk 1/4 cup of condensed milk (or how sweet you want it) 1/2 cup coconut milk 1 cup boiled sago/sabudana (washed, soaked for an hour and then boiled) 1/2 cup soaked sabja 1 and half cup of coconut water 1 and 1/2 tsp agar agar Method- Mix agar agar with coconut water and bring it to a boil. Simmer the same for 3-5 mins on low to medium flame. Make strawberry purée with 1 pack of strawberry and 1/2 cup of coconut water. Chop up the other pack of strawberry. Add 3/4th of the strawberry purée in the same and give a good mix and cook for more 2 mins. Let it cool and add to a dish tray and keep it in the fridge for approx 45mins. Once the jelly sets. Cut them in small cubes and remove it from the tray. In a big bowl. Add the boiled sago, soaked sabja, the strawberry jelly, condensed milk, milk (you can use plant based milk), leftover strawberry juice, coconut milk. Add some ice too (I forgot to add). You will need: 1/2 cup sago/ small tapioca pearls 1 pack strawberry jelly 1/2 cup condensed milk 1/2 cup evaporated milk 2 cups milk of choice 2 cups strawberries For the coconut jelly 1 cup coconut water 1 tbsp gelatine 1/2 cup water Make the strawberry jelly according to packet instructions and allow to set To make the coconut jelly, first dissolve the gelatine in the water then mix it well with the coconut water. Add a tbsp of sugar if you want it sweet. Pour into a bowl and allow to set. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil and add the tapioca pearls. Allow to cook for 10 mins until the pearls appear translucent. Cover and let it rest for 10 mins then strain and rinse thoroughly with cold water. Meanwhile blend 1 cup of strawberries with the milk to make strawberry milk. Chop up the rest of the strawberries. In a large bowl, add the sago, strawberries, cubed jellies, the condensed milk, evaporated milk and the strawberry milk.
