Comment WATER and I’ll send you the app 💧 I lab tested bottled water to find out which ones are actually the cleanest — starting with Kirkland from Costco. Costco sells billions of bottles of this water every year, so I expected better… but the lab results told a different story. Kirkland showed two contaminants, including trihalomethanes at 9x over the health guideline. These are contaminants formed during water treatment and they’ve been linked to cancer. It also had trace levels of nitrate, giving it just a 26/100 on its lab report. Then I tested some “premium” waters like Voss and Fiji. Voss had 7 contaminants. Even though some were technically under guideline levels, that does not mean they’re harmless. It contained gross alpha, gross beta, and radium — radioactive elements with serious health concerns. Then came Fiji with 12 contaminants. The biggest red flags were arsenic, nitrate, and chromium, with arsenic testing at 250x over the health guideline. Big takeaway: just because a water looks premium does not mean it’s clean. If you want to see lab reports for 300+ bottled waters, download the H2O Score app. You can scan any bottle or search it inside the app to see its score, contaminants, minerals, and more. Rain Water vs Tap Water Test Results😱👇 Ever seen people checking water with a small pen? That’s a TDS meter — a quick “purity test” for water. It measures Total Dissolved Solids (ppm)— salts, minerals and other dissolved stuff. 💧 What the numbers generally mean (ppm) — drinking & bathing guide: 💥0–50→ Very pure (RO/rainwater). Great for drinking & bathing. 💥50–150 → Ideal drinking water; perfect for bathing too. 💥150–300 → Acceptable for drinking & cooking; fine for bathing, but may feel slightly “hard.” 💥300–500 → Mostly used for bathing/washing (hard water). Not ideal for long-term drinking. Can make skin dry or hair rough. 💥500+ → Not safe for drinking. May cause more skin/hair issues; get tested & treated. ⚡ My test:“Rainwater = low TDS, high value. Harvest it, don’t lose it.”Every drop of rain is clean water saved for tomorrow. 😱Rainwater = 002 ppm→ super pure ☁️ 😱Tap water = 239 ppm→ contains dissolved solids; safe to drink by general guideline but is better suited for daily drinking & bathing with mild effects on skin/hair. 🚰 ⚠️ Disclaimer:TDS only shows how many solids are dissolved — it does NOT detect bacteria, viruses, pesticides or some harmful chemicals/heavy metals**. For health concerns, get proper lab tests or use certified filtration. 🔁 Follow for more everyday science tests & simple health hacks! #TDSMeter #WaterPurity #RainwaterVsTapWater #SafeDrinkingWater #BathingTips #HardWater #SkinCare #HairCare #WaterTest #CleanWater #ScienceReels #ViralScience #HealthTips #HomeHacks #WaterFacts #saverainwater #rainwaterharvesting #rainwaterstorage #rainwaterbenefits #rainwaterpurity #purewater #rowater #waterph #rainwatercollection #rainwaterresults #ancientwisdom #reels #reelsinstagram #reelsviral

Aquafina is supposed to be pure water… so why did my test show it was ACIDIC? 🔬🌡️ Boil it, and the CO₂ escapes — suddenly it snaps back to neutral. And if I exhale into it? 💨 BOOM — acidic again! Don’t fall for the alkaline water marketing. These bottled waters test 8.5 or even 9.5 pH — but pH alone doesn’t equal health. Many bottled “alkaline” waters are purified or processed in a way that removes most naturally occurring minerals. Even though the pH reads high on the label, the water often lacks the elements that make water biologically supportive. In this video, the light turns on only with my water — not because of pH — but because the device is responding to electrical conductivity. Water that contains natural minerals and charged particles can conduct electricity and complete the circuit. This is an important distinction. pH is just one piece of the puzzle. Without minerals, negative ORP (electron-rich water), or molecular hydrogen, alkaline water does very little to support true cellular hydration. Water quality isn’t about a number on a label — it’s about how the water behaves inside your body.

Kya jo paani aap roz peete hain, woh sach mein safe hai? Clear water ka matlab safe water nahi hota. Invisible impurities jaise bacteria, virus, excess TDS, heavy metals (lead, iron), chlorine aur harmful chemicals aankhon se nahi dikhte — lekin health par direct impact daalte hain. Is video mein dekhiye normal water aur purified RO water ke beech ka real difference. Proper water testing aur multi-stage RO purification (Sediment Filter, Carbon Filter, RO Membrane, UV/UF) hi ensure karta hai safe drinking water for your family. Don’t guess. Test your water. Abroad based Nigeria man who has alleged that last time he visited the country he had severed crisis because of the water he drank here, so this time While visiting again, he came with a TDS Check Machine of Water Purity and oh boy 👀 The results no funny. He also stated that he didn’t make the post to täřnish any brand but solely to create awareness. In his words “I'm testing how much stuff is inside the water. The number (ppm) shows the amount of dissolved minerals. Lower number = cleaner water” 🎥 TT//foryouvid6

I used a water test kit from Culligan that includes a TDS (total dissolved solids) Meter. TDS includes things like; Pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals, chlorine and other additives that come from the water treatment plants and environment. Per the included chart: “Filtered” water is between 0-140 “Average tap water” is between 140-400 “Hard Water” 170+ “Less Desirable & Unsafe” is 200+ I tested: Zephyrhills = 150 Mountain Valley = 139 Reverse Osmosis = 14 Distilled Water = 0 Basically Zephyrhills and Mountain Valley are just like drinking “Average tap water” 😬 All I used to drink before starting the @thesanctuaryholisticwellness cleanse was Zephyrhills 🤮 I was buying my distilled water (and still using Reverse Osmosis water) and didn’t get the Megahome distiller until recently (because I didn’t want to add something else to my “to do list” 😅) but I’m so happy I got it! It’s so easy and convenient to use. Not shown in video: I also tested my tap water (that has a water softener) which was 212 and store bought (Wholefoods) distilled water in plastic jug, which still tested at 0. #happycleansing
