Spring outfits 🌸 Essentials & layering outfit ideas to give you some inspo on how to style a lot of the pieces I’ve previously shared but re-styled for Spring. Re-wearing classic basics means that you can wear the same pieces for more than one season 👏 especially when we’re all looking to try and make our wardrobes work harder - and on a budget ♻️ Introducing other classic pieces you wear in the Autumn like blazers, trenchcoats 🧥 & short jackets will work just as well for Spring to create completely different looks ✨ Additionally, using pieces like vests, cardigans and lighter knits that we all own, help to add layering while the weather at this time of year can still be quite cool. Alternatively, for those of you in warmer climates, pieces like the humble t-shirt can be worn on its own, paired with a skirt or trousers on those warmer Spring days 🌤️ I hope this helps anyone who has asked me for styling advice. Casual weekday look 🖤. Oversized button downs are my favorite basic piece to style- they’re timeless and can be styled for pretty much any occasion (casual, dressy, for the office, etc). I found this vertical striped button down from @hm last week and I am very happy with the quality and the fit! It is oversized so I suggest either getting your usual size or sizing down since it does run big. I styled it with slim style mom jeans (ankle length) and added a sweater over my shoulders to make the outfit look more styled and effortless.
