This is a must. The NACA program can be one of the best entry models into Real Estate 🏡 for those that don’t have a bunch of money and or credit to start. There are a lot of PROs to being a NACA participant but one of the things that I love about the program is that NACA will use 75% of the property income and add it to your income. Note: You can’t use the NACA program for an investment property. Here’s what u would do: 1. Use your Business Credit card, Lowe’s Card, Home Depot Card, Floor & Decor card to cover inspection, down payment, furnishing etc... 2. Use the NACA loan to buy a 4-Unit Property. Live in one, use the rest as fully furnished short-term rentals. 3. List your units on Vrbo, Expedia, Airbnb etc.. 4. Use Meta and Google Business Credit to run ads. Target Traveling nurses, Truck drivers, and felons. You’ll make a lot of money real quick. 5. Automate communications, payments, maintenance. Move on after 2-3 years and repeat.
