I have personally used whey concentrate because I feel I have no issues digesting dairy or lactose and they are comparatively cheaper 💰 So if you are going to consume whey protein for the longer term, going for whey concentrate makes more sense. But at the end of the day, it’s your choice 👌 I usually avoid plant protein because the quality of amino acids is not as great compared to a whey concentrate or isolate But if you are a vegan, then yes, plant protein is your best option And if you cannot digest whey at all, then you can go for it. But honestly speaking, plant protein in terms of taste and mixability is not that great, and I have tried multiple brands This is just a general recommendation video.
