Size matters. ⚡ When it comes to electrical wiring, the breaker and the wire have to match. If the wire is too small for the breaker protecting it, the breaker may allow more current to flow than the wire can safely handle. That means the wire can overheat inside the walls without the breaker ever tripping. Heat + hidden wiring + time = fire risk. Breakers are there to protect the wire — not the appliance. If the breaker is oversized or the wire is undersized, that protection disappears. It might work fine today… until it doesn’t. One weak connection can spark big problems.

I’ll go first 👇🏽 Not the worst one yet but one of them … Twin active (red & white) using white as a neutral + putting black insulation going to a single power point. Bonus points - not earthed like it didn’t matter. - Customer stated “my handyman wired half the house but there’s some power points not working ” - I spoke to “the handyman” to understand what was going on … turns out, he was a cabinet maker 🫩🤣 . . #foryou #fyp
