UNBOXING & SCRATCH 🔥 WOW & FLUTTER MACHINE by @headachesound. After buying OMNI PORTABLE turntable and having many adventures while recording scratch jammin’ with wind and obstacles came perfect solution for travellin’ Turntablist eager to practice every day - WOW & FLUTTER MACHINE. Named digital scratch instrument it is compact sized turntable without arm or even spindle. Simplicity to the fullest with 5,5” motorised jog wheel on belt drive and one crossfader that can work hamster mode. Rotate 90 degrees for digital cutting on the other hand. Right away after powering it, the beat starts playing, waiting for Your ninja moves. Turn down the beat with mix knob and connect the WOW to the main mixer for scratch sessions with friends. You don’t need to press a vinyl like it used to be done with dubplates as we’ve get built in 8GB drive (expendable to 32GB). All Your custom samples, sequences, whatever You like is just one step away by connecting the WOW to the computer and copying music files directly. During pre-order appeared an option to add 4 cue points, it was of course no brainer, as it adds flow. Setting cue points takes 5 seconds of holding the desired cue button until multifunction blinks once with orange light. Wish it would work by simply pushing the buttons on desired spots. Not only we get built in effects of reverb and delay, but also recording option, which is very convenient on the run. Crossfader we already know for it’s flawless clicks from Omni Turntable, the body of this instrument is even built with the same material. Got a little weight, aluminium metal sheet instead of real vinyl looks really nice with it’s details thanks to laser cuts, prints and engravings. If the Internal speaker with power of 5 WATTS is not enough, You can always connect additional speaker by headphones output with mini jack and use it as player. Works on one 18650 battery or powerbank. There’s a dedicated softcase which I improved by putting the foam inside the net so the backup batteries and fader caps won’t do any harm to the WOW Machine.
