É a arritmia sustentada mais comum. • Taquicardia ventricular Ritmo rápido originado nos ventrículos, geralmente com QRS largo. Pode evoluir para instabilidade hemodinâmica ou parada cardíaca. • Fibrilação ventricular Atividade elétrica totalmente desorganizada, sem contração efetiva do coração.
