Can you believe this waterfall is in Georgia?! I was in complete awe when I saw it! Anna Ruby Falls is located minutes from Helen in the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest. The paved 0.5 mile trail is absolutely gorgeous. We went after a rainstorm so the water was really flowing! North Georgia Day Trip Itinerary Start the day off at Dukes Creek Falls. There are so many waterfalls on this trail it is well worth the wait. 🥾 Next head 20 minutes up the road to Anna Ruby Falls. You will need to pay $5 per person to gain entry. 💰The trail is very short and relatively easy. You do not see twin falls (side by side waterfalls) very often and it makes Anna Ruby one of my favorites to visit!😍 This 0.4-mile paved foot trail takes you along the banks of Smith Creek from the visitor center to the two observation decks near the base of the twin waterfalls. There are a couple of short, steep sections along the trail but benches are available to catch your breath. Most people are able to make the round trip without any problems. It is $5 per person to visit the falls. 🌳 Have you been? Anna Ruby Falls is located in the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest near Helen, Georgia and Unicoi State Park. The hike is an easy 1/2 mile paved trail. The cost to enter is $5/person for ages 16 and up, and free for ages 15 and under. The taller of these twin waterfalls is approximately 153 ft and is Curtis Creek, while the other drops 50 ft and is York Creek. They converge at the base forming Smith Creek.
