Not everyone is going to relate to this, that’s the point, it’s not easy to be locked in ⬇️⬇️ 1. You get frustrated at averageness — you see people doing things like not giving max effort or cheating reps and it makes you mad. 2. You overthink about your performance — you spend too many showers, late nights, and car rides thinking about how you could have performed better. 3. You take care of your body — you try to eat right and get good sleep even though everyone around you doesn’t. 4. You are obsessed — you almost enjoy hard things like lifting and conditioning because you know it gets you better. 5. You are self-motivated — you don’t need a coach or parent to tell you to go workout, you are disciplined enough to do it yourself. 6.You watch film — you watch your sport because you know it builds IQ and simply grows your feel for the game. 7. You get frustrated at yourself — you constantly get mad at your performance, not because you made a mistake but because you know you are better than that.
