Replicate your backhand swing — keep your arm loose and finish across your body while catching. 2. Shadow Swing (Non-Dominant Hand) 👋🏼 Hold the racket with your opposite hand and shadow swing. Start slowly to check your technique, then build speed. Keep your wrist relaxed — if you feel tightness, try holding with only 3 fingers to stay loose. 3. Backhand Shadow Swings 💥 Before you start, double-check your grip is in chopper. Then do two-handed shadow swings, beginning slow for technique, then accelerating.
