Here’s what you need: Meatballs 1 lb ground beef (I use 80/20) 1 egg 1/2 small yellow onion, finely diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp tomato paste 2 tsp italian seasoning 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/3 cup flax seed powder (sub breadcrumbs) 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon fresh black pepper 1 jar marinara sauce of choice For serving: parsley or basil, parmesan cheese Make the meatball mixture. Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Use your hands to combine until fully incorporated. Then use your hands to form into about 10 large meatballs. Place on parchment paper and set aside.
