💪🏽 If you want bigger biceps, the commando pull up is a great pull up variation to add to your calisthenics workout routine. It mainly targets the biceps and lats, but it also hits your forearms and core, making it a great overall upper body exercise. I personally like to throw these into my workouts from time to time to give my biceps a new muscle-boosting stimulus. There aren't many calisthenics exercises that target the biceps in this way; most calisthenics bicep exercises are performed either with a supinated or pronated grip, whereas commando pull ups are done with a neutral grip.
