What I did to try and improve my egg quality 🥚 I started a lot of these changes around 3 months before my IVF was due to start. There’s no way of knowing if it helped, but my AMH was so low I figured it was worth a try - we really had to go with the approach of quality over quantity. We got 4 eggs, all of which fertilised and all of which made it to day 5. Of those 4, we have 3 strong embryos ❤️ I’m not a doctor so please check with yours first, and remember to just do what’s best for you. You didn’t ask for infertility and there’s no pressure to switch up your lifestyle as a result!!
