Here's a quick eye tutorial. Sometimes it feels like the simplest things are the hardest to get right, and for me, that's always been drawing eyes. They say the eyes are the windows to the soul, and while that might be true, they can also be a real challenge to capture on paper, or in this case, on a screen. I've been practicing a lot lately, and I wanted to share a basic technique that's been working for me. It's all about layering and really looking at the shapes and shadows. Don't get discouraged if it doesn't look perfect the first time. Keep practicing, and you'll see improvement.
