In the span of less than 10 minutes, I used 4 of my 6 buttons with extreme enthusiasm! 😁 My parents think I’m still figuring out what happens when I press them, but I am starting to show that I know which button is which. People always want to know how Elsie can tell what button to push. I'm not really sure. I think it's a combination of muscle memory, like touch typing, and scent plus actually hearing the word. But I really don't know. This is an older video and it was before she had a button for WORD, so TALK SOUND is a pretty amazing combination to describe her buttons. Dad (Brock) was out running errands and he didn’t tell Mika where he was going. He has been gone for about 2 hours and Mila was clearly stressed (panting and pacing).
