INGREDIENTS 1 cup roasted buckwheat groats 1 1/2 cups cold water 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons butter STEPS 1. In a fine mesh sieve, rinse buckwheat with cold water, drain well and remove any debris. 2. In a medium pot, add rinsed buckwheat, water and salt. Cover, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes or until all water has absorbed. Do not open the lid to take a peek! 3. Creamy muschrooms soup with buckwheat groats. Flavor-packed, combines wild mushrooms, chanterelles and super healthy groats. Thick and delicious 👌 Ingredients: ➡️ 100g wild edible muschrooms or champignons ➡️ 250g chanterelles ➡️ 150g cooked buckwheat groats ➡️ 1 red onion ➡️ 1 tbsp olive oil ➡️ 1 tbsp butter ➡️ salt & pepper to taste ➡️ 1 bouillon cube ➡️ 700ml water ➡️ 2 bayleaves ➡️ 3 allspice berries ➡️ 1 tbsp fresh thyme ➡️ 100ml whole milk ➡️ 2 tbsp flour ➡️ 1 tbsp chives You also need: - pot with thick bottom - small pot - blender Recipe: Cook cleaned, chopped wild mushrooms for 30 minutes in 200 ml of water. If you use champignons - miss that part. In thick bottom pot, preheat oil, melt butter and cook finely sliced onion until fragrant and transculent. Add chanterelles, season with salt and pepper and cook them for 10 minutes stirring from time to time. Add bouillon cube, cooked mushrooms with broth (or sliced champignons) and another 500ml of water. Add bayleaves and allspice berries. Bring soup to boil and cook for 10 minutes.
