If your upper body falls forward during the downswing, it can cause a chicken wing, slow down your downswing, and reduce distance. Try practicing this instead😉

This is one of the best drills for ball striking + starting it on line — especially under pressure. How To Do It 1. Take your normal backswing • Full turn • Feel loaded into trail side • Club set 2. Pause for a full 2 seconds at the top • Literally count: “one-one thousand, two-one thousand.” • Feel your lower body grounded. • No rushing. 3. Start down smoothly • Lower body initiates. • Don’t “hit” from the top. • Let the club shallow naturally. What This Fixes • Eliminates quick transition • Improves sequencing • Trains face control • Forces you to own your positions How To Use It In Practice • Hit 10 balls pausing 2 seconds • Hit 5 balls normal tempo • Repeat • Then take it to the course on a non-scoring round #golf #golfer #golfaddict #golftips

PW -> 8i -> 5H -> 3H -> 3W (20 Balls) hold the finish for all 5 clubs in the ladder. If you are “racing” or using “arm force,” you will likely fall off balance. If you use “hip inertia,” you will be perfectly stable over your lead leg. ( Today: swing has better tempo, but for some reason I’m turning my head back for the long clubs, I’ll try to fix that tomorrow)

One of the most common aiming mistakes is having both the clubhead and your body pointing at the target. Think of a railroad track.‼️ Your body line and the clubhead line are different. Simply put, the clubhead should point at the target, while your body should aim slightly left of the target (for a right-handed golfer).🤗 After you set up, imagine railroad tracks. If you can see those tracks in your setup, your aim is correct.👏

Pressure shifts to the trail side in the backswing. Then in transition: Shift → Turn → Rise. A lateral pressure move into the lead side, then rotation around a stable pivot, then vertical force through impact. Body moves. Head stays relatively stable. Spine angle stays intact. Center contact gets easier.
