Melopan custard cream I don't know if you guys know the famous Japanese manga Doremon. In my country, this is a series that any young child has read through and is associated with the childhood of many people. Doremi's little sister, Doremi, loves this melon bread - Melopan. In Japan, this cake in addition to appearance, but also has an ingredient of cantaloupe powder, making the cake as fragrant as a fresh cantaloupe. That was difficult for me. Basically, this is a bread with a butter-sugar coating, and the creation of a custard filling helps the cake to be less dry and less boring. There are quite a few versions with green tea and chocolate you can try. 6 cake recipe: 250g bread flour 40g sugar 4g instant yeast 3g salt 1 egg 30g unsalted butter Baking temperature: 180 degrees, 15-20 minutes Sugar butter shell: 50g finely grated unsalted butter 70g sugar 1 egg 2g vanilla 140g cake flour 0.5g baking powder Cream filling: 3 yolks 50g brown sugar 16g cake flour 2g vanilla 250ml fresh milk Making: Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough, let it rest for 1 hour until the dough has doubled in size. If you have a machine, free your labor The shell, mix all and divide into 6 equal balls and store in the refrigerator until the dough rises Cream filling: mix the yolks and brown sugar until the mixture is light yellow. Sift in the cake flour and mix well, pour in the warm milk and vanilla. Then put the whole mixture in a pot and cook on low heat until the mixture thickens slightly, cool and store in the refrigerator. Japonya’dan melonpan tarifi 😋 Ekmek hamuru için: 1 su bardağı ılık süt 1 tatlı kaşığı maya 2 yemek kaşığı toz şeker 1 yumurta 2.5-3 su bardağı un (un miktarı un markasına göre bile değişebilir, azar azar eklemelisiniz) Yarım çay kaşığı tuz 30 gram tereyağı Süt, maya ve 1 yemek kaşığı şekeri karıştırın biraz bekleyin, mayalansın. Yumurtayı ekleyin karıştırın. Unu,kalan şekeri ve tuzu ekleyip yoğurun. (Un miktarı markaya, yumurtanın büyüklüğüne göre bile değişebilir, kontrollü ekleyin yumuşak bir hamur olmalı) Toparlanan hamura oda sıcaklığındaki tereyağını ekleyip hamur yağı yiyene kadar yoğurun ve mayalanmaya bırakın. Kurabiye hamuru için: 60 gram tereyağı 4 yemek kaşığı şeker 1 yumurta 1 bardak un (miktar değişebilir kontrollü ekleyin, yumuşak biraz da yapışkan bir hamur olmalı) 1 tatlı kaşığı kabartma tozu Vanilya Oda sıcaklığındaki tereyağını ve şekeri karıştırın.
