📍Melon Bread, Dotonbori Osaka One of my favourite desserts in Japan was this melon pan + ice cream 🍦 The pan was soft and airy although slightly thin. But it made a perfect bun to ice cream ratio! The pan had a slightly crispy exterior as well as they kept it warm in the oven. I tried the limited sakura flavour on another occasion but actually enjoyed the vanilla more!
