Ok but why did I not think to make nachos in the air fryer sooner?! It takes only 5 minutes to cook, which makes them such an easy, go-to app! Thank you @thejoshelkin for letting us all know we are using an air fryer wrong 🤯 Air Fryer Nachos🥵 Customize what goes in your nachos and prep protein and toppings beforehand to save time! Here’s what I used: 1/2 bag of tortilla chips 1/2 lb beef 1 block Monterey jack cheese, shredded 1 block colby jack cheese, shredded Rotel canned tomatoes White onion, diced Black beans Toppings: Pico de gallo Guacamole Cilantro Sliced black olives Sour cream Line the air fryer basket with parchment to hold the nachos. Layer half the chips then top with desired layers. Last layer is going to be cheese before adding more chips and repeat. I cooked mine on 360°F for 5 minutes, but depending on size and type of air fryer you may need hotter and longer. Check every couple minutes because the cheese can burn! When done, carefully remove from air fryer by grabbing the parchment. Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
