My baby is 16 years old 🥹 This stunning number birthday cake is made with simple ingredients. It’s my go to birthday cake for anyone in the family. Ingredients: Puff Pastry:4 Large sheets (or combine two smaller sheets by rolling them together) Filling: - 7 cups heavy whipping cream - 1 cup instant vanilla pudding mix (dry, not prepared) - 1 cup confectioners’ sugar Toppings: - Assorted chocolates - Fresh strawberries - Macarons - Fresh flower buds (optional) Instructions: 1. Prepare the Puff Pastry: - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) - Roll out the thawed puff pastry on parchment paper. If needed, slightly roll the edges to fit your number stencil. - Place the stencil on top of the dough and use a sharp paring knife to carefully cut around it. - Remove excess dough and save for future use. 2. Bake the Pastry: - Transfer the parchment paper with the cut-out number onto a baking sheet. - Repeat to create a second identical number piece (one for the base, one for the top). - Place another sheet of parchment paper over the cut-out numbers, then place a second baking sheet on top to prevent excessive puffing. - Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. - Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. 3. This cake is truly a chocolate lovers dream! 🤩, couldn’t get more chocolaty than this 🤎 Pointers - Always start with a very cold cake. - Cut it directly on the cake board you are going to use. - After piping on the first layer, refrigerate the cake and allow the frosting to set before putting on the top layer. - I usually don’t soak this cake, but I did gently soak the sides and top to avoid it drying out. One very important thing to keep in mind while ordering a number/letter cake is that there are a lot of scraps because of the cutting. Also, the cakes are usually topped with lots of candies and treats. A very easy-peasy way to make numeric cake. Here I've used Lettep Cake Pan Set to bake this numeric cake for Arisha's first birthday & it is as simple as this. You just have to arrange the desired number or letter, then pour the cake batter, then remove the die from the bottom, scoop the cake from the bottom & ta-da the number/letter cake is ready!

Number 7 Monogram Cake 1.For making Number 7 cake i have used an 8*8*2 inch Pan . 2. Cut the 3 portions of the square equally as shown in the video. 3. Align one portion Horizontally as per the video. 4. Now cut a small portion from the second section of the cake diagonally & place it adjoining the horizontal section. 5.Now use the 3 portion of the cake & place it as shown in the video and cut the cake from the bottom slightly to achieve the perfect 7 shape. 6.
