You mix the dough with a spoon. Leave it to rest over night in the refrigerator and bake it in a pot next morning. 🇬🇧Recipe: 5 g yeast (about a small teaspoon ) 1/2 a teaspoon sugar/honey 2-5 teaspoon salt (depending of taste) 750 g water 125 g oatmeal (oats/oatflakes🤷🏼♀️) 500 g wheat flour 100 g rye/spelled or grahams flour 1 spoon of butter Mix yeast, sugar, salt and water with a spoon. Add oatmeal and mix. Add the flour and mix. Tow rules apply to the dough: 1: At least 1/2 the flour should be wheat, the rest is optional 2: The consistency of the dough should be thick enough for the spoon to stand by itself. Let the mixture rest in the fridge 12 hours. Put a metal pot in the oven and set the temperature to 250 degree Celsius. When it is hot - take the pot out, add a small spoonful of butter and pour the dough into the pot. Bake 30 minutes with the lid on, remove it and turn the heat down to 225 degree Celsius. Bake an additional 15 minutes at least. The bread should have a nice brown colour. Take it out of the oven and pour it out of the pot. Let it rest a minimum of 15 minutes before you cut it.
