Metade de um pacote de macarrão • 5–6 tomates pequenos • Azeite de oliva • 1 cebola grande • 400 g de carne moída • 1 colher de sopa de extrato de tomate • 2–3 dentes de alho • 1 colher de chá de sal • 1 colher de chá de páprica • 1 colher de chá de tomilho • 1 colher de chá de hortelã • 200 g de queijo ralado que derrete bem . #asmr #pasta #pastalover #pastatime #food

Pasta time 🍝

Tomaten-Käse-Pasta Zutaten (für ca. 3–4 Portionen) • 300 g Pasta (z. B. Penne oder Rigatoni) • 7–8 EL Tomatenmark • 400 ml Sahne • 100 ml Rinderbrühe • 80 g Parmesan, fein gerieben • 110 g Gouda, gerieben • ½ große rote Zwiebel, fein gewürfelt • Öl zum Anbraten Gewürze: • Salz • Pfeffer • Italienische Kräuter (z. B. Oregano, Basilikum) Zubereitung 1. Die Pasta in reichlich Salzwasser kochen, bis sie fast gar ist. Abgießen und beiseitestellen. 2. In einer großen Pfanne etwas Öl erhitzen und die fein geschnittene rote Zwiebel darin glasig anbraten. 3. Das Tomatenmark hinzufügen und unter ständigem Rühren kurz anrösten, bis es leicht dunkler wird und sein Aroma entfaltet. 4. Mit Sahne und Rinderbrühe ablöschen und alles gut verrühren. 5. Die Sauce bei niedriger Hitze etwa 15 Minuten sanft köcheln lassen. 6. Parmesan und Gouda in die Sauce geben und unter Rühren vollständig schmelzen lassen. 7. Die vorgekochte Pasta zur Sauce geben und alles gut vermengen. 8. Die Pasta weitere 10 Minuten in der Sauce ziehen lassen, damit sie sich gut bindet. 9. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und italienischen Kräutern abschmecken und servieren. #pasta #cheese #tomato #creamy #goviral

wenn ihr ne leckere Pasta in wenigen Minuten und minimalem Aufwand wollt….there you go 🚀 400g Pasta, zb. Tagliatelle 300g kleine Tomaten, halbiert 1-2 rote Zwiebeln, in Ringe 200g Babyspinat 200ml Kochsahne 400g passierte Tomaten, gibt es auch schon lecker gewürzt ca. 600ml Brühe (manche Pasta braucht ein wenig mehr) italienische Kräuter Salz & Pfeffer Alle Zutaten in die Pfanne oder einen Topf geben & leicht köcheln lassen. Zwischendurch umrühren, damit nichts am Boden kleben bleibt. Wenn die Flüssigkeit zu schnell verkocht und die Pasta noch nicht al dente ist, einfach ein wenig Brühe nachgeben. Lasst es euch schmecken 🫶🏻

ONE-PAN EXPRESS PASTA 🍝🤤 INGREDIENTS: ▪️Cherry tomatoes ▪️1 red onion ▪️1 tbsp tomato paste ▪️Spices to taste (salt, pepper, garlic, oregano) ▪️A handful of spinach ▪️150 ml (⅔ cup) chicken broth ▪️150 ml (⅔ cup) water ▪️170 g (6 oz / 1 ½ cups) pasta ▪️1 tbsp cream cheese ▪️Mozzarella cheese ⏳ Time: 12–15 min 🌡 Temp: Medium-low heat STEPS: 1️⃣ Sauté the cherry tomatoes and chopped onion with a little oil. 2️⃣ Add the spices, tomato paste, and spinach. 3️⃣ Pour in the broth, water, and pasta. 4️⃣ Cook over medium-low heat until the pasta is done and the sauce thickens. 5️⃣ Stir in the cream cheese and mozzarella until creamy. #easyrecipes #onepanpasta #quickmeals #pastarecipe #comfortfood #healthyrecipes
