They see who they want to be and how they want to act - I practice my visualisation everyday for 7 minutes. My confidence continues to build. - The more you repeat, the more it becomes your identity. 2. Celebrate constantly - take notice of your little wins and become your biggest fan. - Practice regular self reflection and create a mental archive of victories to draw upon. - Celebrate others too. If I had 3 months to master myself, here’s exactly what I’d focus on 1. Focus on 3 things a day, the 3T method, write down the 3 most important tasks the night before and make them your entire mission the next day, keep it realistic though, don’t overload yourself, it’s about stacking wins not burning out, when you learn to finish the right things, not everything, your life starts to move forward fast 2. Write down exactly who your future self is, the version of you who’d 100% reach his goals, how he thinks, acts, talks, eats, trains, everything, that’s your new target, your job now is to slowly become him in real life 3. Use affirmations every time you follow through, don’t just write them, feel them, when you finish a workout or stick to your plan say it to yourself, you’re becoming him, that’s how you rewire your identity 4. Wake up early and build a 4-step morning routine, something that wakes you up, clears your head, gets your blood moving, and pushes you straight into your biggest task, momentum is built before 8 AM, comment “morning routine” and I’ll send you mine 5. Eat clean, because it’s not just about your body, the way you eat controls your energy, focus and mood, when you eat right, your mind feels sharp and you actually think straight 6. It really is that damn phone, you can’t stay focused when you keep feeding your brain distractions, put it down, use it with intention not emotion, your attention is your most valuable currency Two more these are important 7. Meditate daily, even 5 minutes, this helps you stay calm, focused, and aware of your goal, because mastering yourself isn’t about doing more, it’s about staying centered while you do it 8.
