Do your children know these sounds? These letter teams may be more advanced phonics concepts, but they should not scare you or your reader! There is ALWAYS a reason why… For example, when the letter “R” is with a vowel it changes the vowel sound, “ce” and “ge” make the soft sound and ghost digraphs like “kn” make only one sound!
