This is your sign to have an M&S Dip night and what we scored them! ✨ We tried 12 dips from Marks & Spencers and rated them with little scorecards my sister made. It was a very fun evening and the ultimate picky bits picky tea. Our favourite was the Whipped Spicy Nacho Cheddar dip which was a surprise winner. Smiley Shepherd’s Pie Yorkshire Puds 😆🥧 Cosy comfort food but make it FUN. These shepherd’s pie–filled Yorkshire puds topped with smiley faces are such a winner for kids tea, midweek dinners or picky bits nights 🤍 Shepherd’s Pie Filling • 500g lamb mince • 1 onion, finely chopped • 1 carrot, finely diced • 1 tbsp tomato purée • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce • 1 beef stock cube + 250ml boiling water • Salt & pepper • 1 tsp dried mixed herbs • Handful of frozen peas Method 1. Fry the onion and carrot in a pan with a little oil for 4–5 minutes until softened. 2. Add the lamb mince and cook until browned. 3. Stir in the tomato purée and Worcestershire sauce, then pour in the stock. 4. Season well, add herbs and simmer for 10–15 minutes until thick and glossy. 5. Stir through the peas and remove from the heat. To assemble • Spoon the shepherd’s pie filling into cooked Yorkshire puddings • Add a little grated cheese • Top with a smiley face 😆 • Bake at 200°C (180°C fan) for 10–15 minutes until hot, melty and golden Serve with gravy… always 🥹🤍 Would you eat these?? 😆🥧 #shepherdspie #yorkshirepudding #smileyfood #comfortfood #familydinner
