HIGH PROTEIN CHOCOLATE FUDGE SQUARES 🍫 Per square (9) 130 kcal | 11g protein | 6g carbs | 8g fat No protein bars? No problem - make these instead! Made with cottage cheese making the texture 10/10! Super chocolatey, melt in the mouth fudge, so good you could easily devour them all 🫠 Ingredients: •300g @eat.alterego cottage cheese (1¼ cups) •60g chocolate protein powder (½ cup) •40g almond flour (⅓ cup) •100g chocolate, melted (⅔ cup) •15g cocoa powder (3 tbsp) •10–20g maple syrup (1 tbsp, optional) •Pinch of salt * 1–2 tbsp milk (if needed) Glaze •1 tbsp protein powder •1 tbsp cocoa powder •1 tbsp chocolate spread •Milk to thin ⸻ Method 1. Blend all ingredients except the melted chocolate. 2. Pour in melted chocolate and blend briefly or fold through until smooth. 3. Add a splash of milk if needed to loosen slightly (should be thick but spreadable). 4. Spread into a lined container and smooth the top. 5. Mix the glaze ingredients and pour over the top.
