Hype or Hoax – Episode 2 3 ingredient high-protein cookies. 70 calories per cookie! Here’s what you need (makes 6): • 1 small ripe banana • 32g PBfit mixed with water to replace natural peanut butter • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder • Optional: chocolate chips and sea salt on top What I did differently: Swapped the natural peanut butter for PBfit + water — same peanut flavour, way fewer calories. I only made half the batch (3 cookies) but the macros below are per cookie either way. How to make them: Mash the banana, mix in the PBfit and protein powder. Let it sit for a minute or two, then mix again as the powder starts to thicken the dough. Scoop onto a lined baking tray, shape into cookies, and top with chocolate chips if using. Bake at 180°C / 160°C fan for 10–12 minutes until the edges are golden and the centre is set. Cool for 5 minutes before moving to a rack. Macros (per cookie): • 70 calories • 9g protein Verdict: 8/10 — worth the hype. #protein #recipes #food #cooking #healthyrecipes
