Why I love @cronometer_official ⤵️ (not a sponsored ad…I just like using it) For starters, as much as I love cronometer… I do think tracking apps are pretty similar and if you LOVE the one you’re using… You don’t HAVE to switch But, I do prefer cronometer for 3 main reasons 1️⃣ You can customize the home screen to show you certain targets instead of others. I find this most useful when trying to track calories + protein only (instead of all 3 macros) which is really what most people should be focused on. 2️⃣ The app is not OBSESSED with weight loss…like some other apps are 😅. Yes, of course you can set it up to help you lose fat but the overall vibe of the app feels more geared towards improving overall health with things like comprehensive micronutrient data 3️⃣ The summary column. I crack up at how much I love this feature. I don’t want to have to click into each food or into each meal to see certain things. I want them front and center where I can see them. I personally keep mine on Fiber just to keep an eye on how much I’m getting per meal and I use this a ton with my clients.
