Raspberry and white chocolate muffins.. the perfect grab and go snack They’re so easy to make and such a perfect way to use up ripe bananas. Follow @alyssacoadynutrition for more easy recipes 🫶🏻 Wet ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, mashed 2 large eggs 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup olive oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Dry ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup plain flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 125g fresh raspberries 1/2 cup white chocolate chips 1. Add all the wet ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until well combined 2. Add oats, plain flour and baking powder to the same bowl. Mix until combined but try not to over mix 3. Fold in raspberries and white chocolate chips 4. Divide mixture evenly among prepared muffin pan. Makes 10-12 muffins 5. Recipe below & follow @alexawhatsfordinner for more simple recipes ‼️ Ingredients: -1 cup fresh raspberries -1/2 tablespoon honey -1/2 cup white chocolate chips -1/2 cup dark chocolate chips -1 tablespoon coconut oil, divided Directions: -Using a fork, squish the raspberries until they look like a paste. Mix in the honey. -On a parchment-lined baking sheet, place spoonfuls of the raspberry mixture, flattening them into disc shapes. Place into the freezer for about an hour, until frozen solid. -In two separate microwave-safe bowls, place the white chocolate chips and dark chocolate chips, plus the coconut oil divided between them. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and microwave for 30 more seconds or until fully melted. -Remove the frozen raspberry discs from the freezer and carefully dunk them into the melted chocolate. I did half in the white chocolate and half in the dark chocolate. Then if you like, drizzle a bit the opposite chocolate on top. Place back into the freezer to harden for 30 minutes. Snack saludable de frambuesas, chía y chocolate blanco sin azúcar. Si buscas un snack veraniego, saludable y fácil de preparar, apunta esta receta: solo necesitas 5 ingredientes y un par de horas en el congelador. Estas bocaditos de frambuesa y plátano con cobertura de chocolate blanco sin azúcar y té matcha son perfectos para refrescarte en verano y además son aptos para dieta keto. Ingredientes para 4 personas: 200 gr frambuesas, las mías son congeladas y las dejo descongelar antes de machacar 1 plátano 2 cucharadas chía 150 gr chocolate blanco sin azúcar 1 cuchara pequeña té matcha Elaboración: Machaca la frambuesas, añade la chía y mezcla. Haz montoncitos, pon una rodaja de plátano encima y lleva al congelador unas 2/3 horas. Derrite el chocolate blanco, yo lo hago al microondas durante 1 min y luego en tandas de 15 sg para que no se queme, mezcla con el té matcha. Una vez congelado, baña en el chocolate blanco y si no te los vas a comer al momento y más con este calor, guarda en la nevera, lo puedes guardar en el congelador pero sácalos 10 minutos antes para que el interior quede derretido. Frozen Raspberry Ruffle Bars 🍫 Such an easy treat for during the summer, using only four ingredients but you can add more. I’m seeing these everywhere at the moment, first on @littleloucooks & @jasmineseats 246 calories per bar Serves 8 Ingredients: - 225g frozen raspberries - 120g desiccated coconut - 3 tbsp honey - 100g dark chocolate - 10g coconut oil (optional) Method: 1. Add the frozen raspberries, desiccated coconut, and honey to a blender or food processor, and blitz until well combined. 2. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking tin, pressing it down evenly. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, until firm
 3. Melt the chocolate. 4. Remove the raspberry mixture from the freezer and slice into bar shapes.

Dip each bar into the melted chocolate, place on a lined tray, and return to the freezer for another hour or until set. Keep frozen until ready to enjoy.
