RASPBERRIES 🍃🤤 Everbearing vs Summer Bearing Red Raspberries: - Everbearing grows new shoots every year that produce fruit without fail - Summer bearing grow new shoots that produce fruit biannually (in 2 years) If you don’t know what type you have, removing anything that looks dead from last year and topping off the long branches is a great and harmless way to start :) Tip: get rid of any drifters/stranglers in your patch quick, once raspberries spread there is no telling where they will stop!! One big early summer harvest, perfect for jams and jellies 🫙 💜 Brandywine purple – a cross between red and black raspberries, creating those rich purple berries with bold flavor.
