As some of you may know, I’ve had neck issues for at least the last 15 years. I rarely wake up without a literal pain in my neck. I’ve had injections, ablation treatments, chiropractic treatments, acupuncture, the Graston technique, and massage therapy. They’ve all helped - but the relief is temporary. Finding a supportive pillow, is key to getting the nightly support I need to wake up feeling refreshed and with less pain.
