Ingredients * Rice paper wrapper * 1 tbsp chia seeds * 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds * 1 tsp oil (for frying) Method 1. Lightly soak a rice paper wrapper in warm water until softened but still firm. 2. Mix chia seeds and ground flaxseeds in a shallow dish. 3. While the wrapper is wet, press one side into the seed mixture to coat evenly. 4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil. 5. Place the wrapper, seed-side down, into the pan and cook until golden and crispy. 6. Fill with your favorite toppings! Crispy Rice Paper with Salmon & Avocado 🥑🍣 1️⃣ Heat the oil to 180°C (350°F). Place an egg yolk in the center of a rice paper sheet and carefully lower it into the hot oil. Fry for a few seconds until it puffs up and becomes crispy. Drain on paper towels. 2️⃣ Cut the salmon into small cubes. Add 1 tbsp Kewpie mayonnaise, 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce, and a pinch of salt. Mix well. 3️⃣ Dice the avocado and add a squeeze of lemon juice. 4️⃣ Top the crispy rice paper with the salmon and avocado. Finish with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
