All the indulgence of shahi tukda without deep frying. ✨ No-Oil Shahi Tukda (Baked Version) 🍞 Bread • Bread – cut into triangles • Apply little ghee on top • Bake at 200°C for 5 min each side till crisp & golden ⸻ 🥛 Milk Powder Layer • Milk powder – 1 cup • Milk – 2/3 cup • Sugar – 2 tbsp • Ghee – 1 tbsp ➡ Cook on low flame till it becomes thick paste. Keep aside. ⸻ 🥣 Rabdi • Milk – 1 litre • Sugar – ½ cup ➡ Cook on low flame for 20–25 mins till thick Add: • Kesar infused milk – 3 tbsp • Custard powder – 1 tbsp mixed with ¼ cup milk ➡ Cook again 10 mins till creamy ⸻ 🍯 Sugar Syrup • Sugar – ½ cup • Water – ½ cup • Few drops saffron color ➡ Boil till sugar dissolves Dip baked bread triangles in syrup. ⸻ 🧁 Layering 1. soaked Bread 2.
