What’s the 20/20 rule? 🤔 Great question! Here’s how it works: If something costs less than $20 and can be replaced in under 20 minutes, it’s probably safe to let it go. We tend to hold on to things “just in case” out of fear we might need it someday, or guilt over getting rid of something we spent money on. But more often than not, those items just sit there, taking up space and adding to our mental load. The 20/20 rule gives you permission to let go. It’s a reminder that most of the time, you’re not giving up something valuable, you’re gaining back peace, space, and clarity. Less clutter. Less decision fatigue. Start this NOW!! ⬇️ This year’s routine! We started this simple after school 📚 routine 8 years ago (with our oldest of 3 boys) and now our youngest (age 6) is fully on board! We first shared this on IG last year and this is our updated routine for this year! 🙌🏻 (Guess what- they’re all still doing it!) (💡FACT: Routines started before age 9 are 10x more likely to stick!!)
