Running a cottage bakery out of my home has been a huge blessing for our family! I first started selling baked goods to make some extra income for our family after having my son and switching from a full-time to part-time job. I had no idea how much it would grow! 😱 As a busy mom it allows me to stay home with our son while doing something I love and providing high quality baked goods for my community 🫶 I open my orders every other Saturday and have a pickup the following weekend. During a bake week I bake around 40 hours in 3 days while my mother-in-law watches my son. My updated bakery space! What used to be my formal dining room has almost turned into a fully functional micro bakery… minus the sink lol. Right now I’m just making the most of the space I have until we hopefully move into something more permanent one day.
