If you aren’t sure you can pick from the plethora of ones I tried in my 20s: the cabbage soup diet, the cookie diet, weight watchers, fasting diet, low carb diet, grapefruit diet and I’m sure in the past years since I walked away from that yoyo diet lifestyle yall can name way more. You’re staying stuck in a restrictive mindset, layering on stress about food (often times the reason you feel like crap!) and pressure about what you cannot have. The other HUGE GINORMOUS ISSUE HERE?!? 👆🏼👆🏼👆🏼 These are designed for temp #weightloss. BUT WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU ACTUALLY AFTER? because if you are anything like me, i didn’t know. I was told by main stream women’s health it was weight I needed to lose. When in reality it was HEALTH I needed to find. I was after confidence, freedom, self-assurance, love. I wanted clear skin, to not feel in pain everyday, to WANT to get up out of bed, to enjoy my life. And none of this had to do with a number on a scale. IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE, YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE WAY YOU LIVE. If you want to change a number on a scale for 1 day, I am not your girl. But if you want to CHANGE your confidence, your health, your hormones, your longevity, your skin, your self talk, your mindset around food, your nervous system, your self belief, your love, your life, I AM YOUR GIRLIE. None of us want to feel bloated. None of us want to feel lethargic.
