Method: 1. Soak ½ cup soybeans for 10–12 hours (they’ll double in size and soften). 2. Rinse and blend with ~2½ cups water (5x the quantity). 3. Strain using a nut milk bag to extract soy milk. 4. Boil the soy milk on low–medium flame for 10–15 minutes. 5. Let it cool for 20–30 minutes, then strain again. 6. Add 3–4 chilli tops and mix gently. 7.
