STRUCTURED water is LIVING water💧It’s molecules are arranged in a perfect hexagonal or crystalline structure that are easily absorbed by the cells for deeper hydration. NON-structured water molecules are randomly arranged, unorganized, and absorbed poorly by the body. 🤔Ever wonder why you drink liters of water all day but still feel dehydrated? This is because plain tap water or water from plastic water bottles are not hydrating your cells. In fact, this type of water may actually require *more* energy to be utilized by the body due to its unorganized molecular structure. STRUCTURED WATER is found in fruit, raw veggies, greens, natural springs, glaciers. This is why we say to eat your water! When you eat lots of fruit and high-water content plantbased foods, you are getting all of the minerals, vitamins, and living hydration from the natural plant itself. Their molecular structure is perfectly assimilated, creates harmony in the body, and cleanses the lymphatic system. Un-structured water from the tap, fast food, restaurants, or plastic water bottles on the other hand often contain micro-plastics, fluoride, and other substances that invoke disharmony in the body and further contribute to cellular dehydration. In all disease there is a state of dehydration. Most people are drinking coffee, soda, alcohol, milk, etc that remove electrolytes from the body. Electrolyte loss = loss of hydrogen. We do not want our molecules to lose hydrogen. The good news is that there ARE ways to restructure your water if you only have access to tap. One simple method is to add the juice of a lime or lemon. HOW TOO DIY STRUCTURED WATER 💦 Water is accessible to just about everyone on the planet, but structured water is not — especially not to those living in houses with town water or storage tanks. Why? Because straight pipes and still water are the very opposite of living structured water. You can pay for some incredible tools to help you structure your water… OR if you’re trying to tap into abundance for less, you can do it for FREE. Here’s how — • Vortex your water — just as you would stir your tea. • Catch a little light by placing your water in direct sunlight. • Place crystals like quartz within the water. • Collect structured water from natural springs, plant juices, or glacier melts. • Structure the EZ water within your body through grounding, movement, circulation, and infrared light. And of course, do what you can to remove chemicals, fluoride, bromide and chlorine from your water, not to mention bacteria and bugs with a good water filter. How to make structured, coherent water 💧🤍👁️⭐️ My Water Ritual 1. Wake up and drink 2 cups of water by my bedside that I set out the night before. 2. Go to my water alter. Say a prayer and express gratitude. 3. Next I structure my water by vortex. Water in nature is never stagnant. It flows and moves and is not meant to sit in pipes. One of the main ways water loses its crystallinity and goes dormant is when it’s still, pressurized and in unnatural environments. Even though I use spring water it’s still stored in a vessel which means it has lost some of its electromagnetic energy in the process. The vortex mimics its natural state in nature where it’s constantly spiralling, flowing and cascading. You can DIY this at home by using a funnel and some marbles or crystals or stones. Youtube it for instructions. 4. Minerals - trace minerals were a missing link in my healing for a long time. They are required in water to give it an electrical charge to make it a conductor. Our bodies need an excess of electrons to combat protons (free radicals). My favorites are Quinton and Minbiotics. Free version: add a pinch of sea salt to your water and let it sit in the sun. 5. Next I transfer my water to a blue glass bottle and let my water sit in the sun for ~1 hour. Water loves to be held in glass and particularly blue glass. Glass will help to maintain its crystallinity for longer when it’s stagnant and sitting in a bottle. I love @bluebottlelove. 6. Then I energize my water with the Aǹalemma wand which I keep in the kitchen or at my desk and I travel with it too since it’s so portable and works on any water including tap. Aǹalemma water referred to as ‘conscious water’ and there is very interesting science to support its use. Aǹalemma is a tool that transforms regular tap water into its supercharged, full-spectrum, coherent state. This is just an extra step but wands will always make things feel a bit more magical 🪄.
