What goes up must come down. We just negotiated the terms. 🚡 🎒 Here is what we wish we had known before going up Table Mountain. But first, don’t forget to follow @reve_nomade for more bucket list adventures and smart travel tips. 🗺️ You can hike up for free and take the cable car down only, which is exactly what we did. A one way ticket is around $24 CAD per adult, booked online. 🚡 The cable car rotates 360 degrees on the way down, so you get views of Cape Town, the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding mountains all at once. ⏰ Book your ticket online in advance, the queues can get very long on clear days, and the cableway closes in bad weather with no warning. 📍 The hike up takes 2 to 3 hours depending on your trail.
