The Triceps muscle is a large, three-headed muscle located on the posterior upper arm, responsible for extending the elbow joint and stabilizing the shoulder. The 3 muscles are long head, medial head and lateral head. One exercise per muscle is enough to hit all 3 heads. Note that targeting one head does NOT mean the other heads arent moving. Choose 3 exercises and do 10/12 reps x 4 sets
