Tryon International is thrilled to be hosting the NCHJA Annual Show, June 24th–28th, taking place during Tryon Summer 3! ☀️ The NCHJA Annual Show is more than a horse show — exhibitors can expect the same southern hospitality and community atmosphere, along with all the amenities offered at Tryon International! 🌄 Competition highlights for the week include: 🔹 NCHJA Medal Finals (with each finals winner receiving a $1,000 educational grant!) 🔹 $10,000 USHJA Green Hunter Incentive South Regional Championship 🔹 $5,000 USHJA National Open Hunter Derby 🔹 $5,000 USHJA National Junior/Amateur Hunter Derby 🔹 $2,500 USHJA Pony Hunter Derby Plus, the NCHJA Annual Show is a designated World Champion Hunter Rider (WCHR) Show for 2026! 🥇

Events at TerraNova is pleased to announce the addition of TerraNova Dressage III, a CDI-3* and USEF Level 5 competition held May 2-5, 2024, at TerraNova Equestrian Center in Myakka City, Florida. The competition joins two established dates, including TerraNova Dressage I USEF Level 5/CDI-4* April 4-7, and TerraNova Dressage II USEF Level 5/CDI-W October 17-20. This brand-new competition serves as the final Tryout Event on the east coast of the United States before the end of the Qualifying Period (May 6, 2024) for the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, France. “The addition of TerraNova Dressage III is just one step in our commitment to serving the dressage community in Florida and beyond,” says Molly Oakman, President of Events at TerraNova. SHOWJUMPING IN MOTION The thoroughbred truly can dance and fly! 🏇💨 After an impressive display of dressage earlier in the week, today was all about celebrating our thoroughbred community in the show jumping and show horse rings at the Royal Bathurst Show. From the meticulous presentation of the led classes and the elegance of the ridden events to the bold athleticism of the show jumping, these retired racehorses continue to prove they are the ultimate all-rounders. Horse Expo 2026 Trainer showdown, 3 trainers all different training styles but the same end goals. Super interesting to watch. With each trainers style my learning brain kept asking what is the “action” by the trainer that indicated the ask to the horse and is that action driving repeated success.
