If you’re aiming to PASS USMLE Step 1 in 2026 - this is the FULL BLUEPRINT I used as an IMG ✅ As promised, here’s the full Step 1 blueprint that went viral 👇 The order matters: 🧠 Pathoma (especially Chapters 1–3) 🦠 Sketchy Micro / Pharm ❓ Start UWorld early 📄 Mehlman PDFs to patch weak areas 🧪 Dirty Medicine for biochem 📊 NBMEs at the end You’ll notice I’ve intentionally not mentioned First Aid. That’s on purpose. In a pass/fail exam, First Aid is too dense and inefficient as a primary review resource. It worked in the past — that doesn’t mean it’s still the best answer now. For NBMEs: do them online, timed, exam conditions. If you’re consistently scoring ~70%+ on multiple forms, you’re in a strong position. Finish with the Free 120 a few days before the exam. Fewer resources. Used properly. Repeated consistently. That’s how you pass Step 1 efficiently and move on to Step 2 sooner 🚀 Hit me with any questions in the comments 👇

Step 1 isn’t about studying harder: it’s about studying smarter. (Very niche advice i know🫠) This reel highlights the high-yield topics that are the most recurring in nbme assessments. Heres what to do with this: 👉 Screenshot these topics 👉 Review them before moving on to your next assessment 👉 Make them the backbone of your revision This is exactly how I work with most of the students we personally tutor and mentor. Revising these topics before an assessment is not cheating, it’s efficient revision, and efficiency leads to better performance. Remember: 🧠 ~80% of USMLE content revolves around the same core topics 📝 Exam makers test these topics again and again, just with different question styles and clinical angles 🔍 The topic stays the same: your ability to recognize and diagnose it is what’s being tested Master the fundamentals, adapt to the question style, and Step 1 becomes predictable. Save this reel. Revisit it. And walk into your exam with confidence. 💪✨ #usmle #step2ck #step1 #studytok #medicine

Step 1 is pass/fail. But your preparation shouldn’t be average. 😌 Save this before you start studying. 👀 #usmle #step1 #viral #fyp #trending

Saw skincare gurus do this trend, so here I am explaining my USMLE study strategy in the SIMPLEST WAY POSSIBLE ! Yes. This is it. With resources I feel less is more, especially if your basics are strong. So, if you’re confused and have a feeling of FOMO with all the information is out there on the internet and all the resources everyone else is using (been there done that), I hope this video gives you confidence to trust your own preparation ✨ Also should I do more content like this ? 1 minute USMLE Tips, Information and Updates 💯

what you need to do before your USMLE Step 1: 1. solve NBME 25-31 for sure, but if you have more time then solve NBME 20-31 💻 2. review the reddit thread containing 100 questions on every NBME as it contains most high yield topics. 3. review the first 3 chapters of pathoma as they are about the most HY part of immunology 🦠 4. do proper NBME reviews, these were the single most thing that helped me improve my scores! 5. write EVERYTHING! i learn through writing and teaching so whatever was new i wrote it ALL down! i ended up completing 2 notebooks in the last 2 weeks 😅 6. practice endurance, pacing yourself in blocks is so important because by the end you get so exhausted you end up making mistakes that could’ve been avoided 🏃♀️ 7. TRUST YOUT GUT. trust yourself on when you think you’re done, do not postpone/change the date unless your gut tells you to do so. 8. practice time management, make sure you’re practicing your blocks in timed mode ⏰ 9. eat well the day before. make sure you’re eating a balanced meal so you’re feeling the best you can for your exam! 10. get enough SLEEP. cannot stress this enough, you need to sleep properly to ensure you’re retaining what you’re learning 😴 11. take appropriate breaks. cramming information is not going to help you, you need to learn efficiently. hope this helped!! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - #pakistanimedicalstudent #pakistanilifestyleblogger #studentblogger #medicalschool #medschooltips #medstudentblog #studyadvice #medschool #usmlestep1 #usmle #usmletips

What resources I used to successfully PASS usmle step 1: 1–As a baseline you need to choose one video (or text) lectures resource + one Qbank + first aid, these will be your main resources I personally used Boards and Beyond @boardsbeyond + Med School Bootcamp @medschoolbootcamp (for physiology and areas I was weak at) + Uworld as a Qbank @uworldmedical , complemented both by first aid. @firstaidteam 2-Pathoma: first 3 chapters is a must! 3-Sketchy: for all microbiology and some pharmacology subjects. 4-Amboss qbanks for ethics @amboss_med 5-Mehlman PDFs during dedicated (I studied almost all of the PDFs) 6-Dirty Medicine channel on youtube for biochemistry. 7-Randy Neil channel on YouTube for biostatistics. 8-Self assessments: NBMEs self assessment (25-31) Uworld self assessment (2,3) Bootcamp self assessment (an underrated self assessment!), Free 120 (2021, 2024 versions)
