To develop one that pops you need to be training both through varying planes of motion. Follow these tips for each of the ones in the video: . 1. Side plank dips (elevated): drop your hips all the way to the ground and squeeze your lower side oblique to pull your hips back up and into place. 2. Windshield wipers: quicker exercise, try to keep your legs straight and shoulders pinned to the ground. 3. Reverse crunches: make sure you get your hips up and off the ground with every single rep! It’s important for engaging your lower abs and not just your hip flexors 4. Cross body mountain climbers: go as slow as possible! Try to get your knee to touch your opposite side elbow.
