🍪 Two-Chip Chocolate Chip Cookies 👉👉👉👉👉👉👉By @iramsfoodstory These bake in under 20 minutes and make the whole house smell unreal 🤤 ⸻ Ingredients (8–10 large cookies) • 2 1/4 cups (313 g) all-purpose flour • 1 ½ tsp baking powder • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp cornstarch • 3/4 cup (150 g) dark brown sugar • 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar • 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, slightly softened • 2 cold eggs • 2 tsp vanilla extract • Pinch of salt • 1 1/2 cups (250 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips • 1 cup (200 g) dark chocolate chips ⸻ Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a tray with parchment paper. 2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cornstarch — set aside. 3. Cream butter + sugars until fluffy. 4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla until the batter turns pale. 5. Fold in dry ingredients (don’t overmix!). 6. Add alllll the chocolate chips 🍫 7. Scoop 2 tbsp dough balls, keeping the texture rustic. Space them well — only 4 per pan. 8. Top with extra chocolate chips and bake 13–16 min, until edges turn golden. 9. Cool 5 minutes on the tray, then transfer to a rack. Butter & Sugars Add cold butter, brown sugar, dark brown sugar, and white sugar to the bowl. Mix on LOW speed for 40–50 seconds, just until combined. Do not cream or incorporate air. 2. Eggs Add the whole egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Mix just until emulsified. Stop immediately. 3. Dry Ingredients Add all dry ingredients together. Mix on low speed until a thick, stiff, matte dough forms. Do not overmix. 4.
