These chocolate peanut butter eggs taste indulgent… but here’s my lighter baking trick... @pb2foods has way less calories and fat than traditional peanut butter and it's less messy! I made these easy eggs with only 3 ingredients and they taste amazing! Here's the recipe 2/3 cup applesauce 1.5 cup pb2 powder Chocolate chips 1. Mix applesauce and pb2 powder and form little egg shapes. 2. Put in fridge or freezer to harden. 3. Melt chocolate chips, may need coconut oil to thin it out 4. Dip eggs into chocolate. 5. Drizzle more chocolate on top 6. Enjoy! 🤤 #pb2 #easterrecipes

Healthier Peanut Butter Eggs These homemade peanut butter eggs are a better-for-you treat made with simple ingredients and naturally sweetened with coconut sugar. Perfect for Easter or anytime you want a healthier dessert! Ingredients 1/4 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup almond flour 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1/2 cup collagen powder White chocolate, for dipping * Cocoa powder, for dusting In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter and peanut butter until smooth. Add the almond flour, coconut sugar, and collagen powder. Mix until fully combined and a dough forms. Scoop out portions of the mixture and shape them into egg forms using your hands. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for about 1 hour. This helps the eggs firm up and makes them much easier to dip in chocolate. Melt the white chocolate. Dip each frozen egg into the melted chocolate, coating completely. Return to the parchment-lined sheet. Lightly dust the tops with cocoa powder while the chocolate is still slightly soft. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.

Comment RECIPE for the full recipe! This Peanut Butter Eggs treat tastes like pure joy. I definitely can't give you this recipe! I really wanted to. These were supposed to be perfect little peanut butter Easter eggs with a thin crunchy frosted shell. That… did not happen. The peanut butter filling turned out way too soft. The frosting was the perfect consistency for dipping… but it never hardened like I hoped it would. At one point I stood there thinking, well that was a waste of time and ingredients. But then something funny happened. My daughter and I kept laughing while we were making them. We tasted the filling. We dipped them anyway. And now everyone in the house keeps sneaking bites of the soft gooey mess sitting in the kitchen. So no… this is not a recipe I’m sharing because it definitely did not turn out how I planned. But it was still time spent together. Still memories made in the kitchen. And honestly? They still taste amazing. Not everything from scratch has to be perfect to be worth it. This is exactly why I teach systems in the Nourished Home System, so cooking from scratch becomes something joyful and sustainable instead of stressful and overwhelming. If you want to learn how to build a kitchen rhythm that actually works for real life, comment NOURISH and I’ll send you the details. 🤍 #realhomecooking #kitchenfails #nourishedhome

It’s that time of year… peanut butter eggs are showing up in stores! 😬 I made my own version with a creamy peanut butter center, dark chocolate shell, and a boost of protein. They taste like the treat you want, just made with better ingredients. Made with @betterdaysco vanilla protein powder and BetterCollagen. Comment EGG for the recipe. If you want to try the protein powder or collagen, my code COOKIES saves you at betterdaysco.com
